The room itself was clean and well kept. The outside was a bit “sketchy” and we were a bit nervous, but it ended up being a very quiet and clean stay. I think the pictures need to be updated of the outside of the “apartments” and the cottages. However very good stay on a budget! We would have felt safe with children as well, just was not as expected based on the pictures!

Clean, comfortable, no frills lodging at a very affordable cost! The owners were very helpful and friendly. We were there late in the season, so everything was very quiet and relaxing. The Marina and Table Rock Lake was a short walk from our cottage. We will definitely stay again.

Always love going here. The owners are so nice and helpful. Love the cabins and especially the screened in porches. They have a nice pool and right across the street from Table Rock Lake. Lots of grass for your pets and a playground for the kids. This is definitely a great place to enjoy time with your family.

The cottages are old as is everything in them. The living room furnishings were visibly discolored. The toilet required plunging multiple times per day. The shower is tiny which makes it quite difficult to keep the curtain inside resulting in very wet floors. There was however plenty of hot water. If you're looking for a fairly affordable fishing cabin this would do the trick Its a great location. Plenty of space for 2 adults 4 kids.

Cozy, clean and comfy!

Quick weekend getaway for Silver Dollar City during Fall break. We had stayed at Indian Point before and loved the location. The Cottage Resort price point, availability and location was spot on. We really just needed a place to drink coffee and sleep with a shower here or there. We checked in late at the Market. Super nice staff - they were helpful before and during our stay. The cottage itself reminded me of... hmm... maybe my first apartment. A vintage first apartment. OK, so it's dated but it's a cabin near the lake. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. The heat and the AC worked well. The beds/pillows/towels were nice quality, comfy and clean. The little couch was stiff but comfy. The shower was tiny but it sufficed for a quick scrub. The most important thing is that it was clean. I walked around barefooted and my feet and socks weren't dirty. True test there! There is a cute little play area, my kids loved the see-saw. There is a firepit and a picnic area. Really, a sweet little place in the woods. We walked to the marina and had lunch one day, fed the ducks and fish. Best $2 I spent all weekend. The Market has everything you might need, in case you forgot something, plus all kinds of snacks, booze, bottled water, etc. Cute, clean place and truly - the nicest people. We would absolutely stay here again and are looking forward to another visit soon.

The staff keeps the property and the place you stay very clean you'll see him driving back and forth cleaning the place outside very safe when you're walking to your Apartments you can't believe your eyes how clean is inside and during the Christmas season they put a Christmas tree in front of every place I really know how to treat people definitely we will be my place to stay when I come to Branson again
