This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom. The bedroom includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a 2nd-floor walkup unit with 14 steps required. • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • Parking is available for up to 1 vehicle in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis. • A parking pass is required and is obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the pass. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking pass and provides access to the community pool. • Portable crib available.
