Here at Rega Stays, we welcome you to our trendy, newly remodeled condo in Branson, featuring stunning views of Table Rock Lake! With 2 bedrooms, including a lake view king master with an en suite bathroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed, our spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful lakeside condo.  
  
Step outside to our large private deck and enjoy stunning views of Table Rock Lake. Sip on your morning coffee while taking in the serene lake views or night cap with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the water.  
  
The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.  
  
The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals.  
  
Our resort also has plenty of centrally located amenities for you to enjoy including a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), a sports court and a playground. The sports court is perfect for a friendly game of basketball, pickleball, shuffle board or tennis.

We manage numerous single and sister properties (two condos next door to each other) within the resort, ranging from intimate spaces to sister condos that can sleep between 12-16 guests. With our portfolio of more than 20 condos at this resort, we can host very large groups, perfect for family reunions, church group or corporate retreats.  
  
\*Please note: Resort amenities are managed by the resort administration and their availability cannot be guaranteed by the host. Refunds can not be offered if the amenities are closed by the resort maintenance.

First off I very much liked the simplicity of the key code. We walked in and the first thing we saw was the magnificent sunset thru the doors to the deck. Great start! The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities. My husband loves his coffee and there was both a coffee maker AND a Kuerig…perfect! Plus coffee for both. The bed was super comfy and plenty of fluffy towels and washcloths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

My sister and I were there for a short 2 night stay. We were there for a day at Silver Dollar City's Fall Art Festival. This was a comfortable and clean condo, perfect for what we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The view was spectacular! Communication with the owner was so easy. She was readily available for a couple glitches and responded immediately, which was so helpful! It was a perfect choice for our mid-week get-away!

#### Great getaway from the busy!!

We had a fantastic stay for the weekend. It was so calm and peaceful and we had a great view of the lake from the patio deck. The condo was clean and had everything one would need to stay for days. We look forward to a return visit!!
