The Vineyards Condos are ideally located in one of Branson’s most sought-after areas. Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Silver Dollar City is just 5–10 minutes in one direction, and Branson’s famous Strip is the same distance in the other. You can also reach Branson Landing in just over 20 minutes. Start your morning with a complimentary coffee pod from the starter pack—or bring your favorite blend—and enjoy a crisp, quiet morning on the patio. You’ll be just minutes from all the top attractions, live shows, restaurants, and shopping that make Branson a favorite destination.

While the condo can accommodate up to 10 guests, it may not be an ideal setup for 10 adults. Please use your best judgment to ensure your group will be comfortable during your stay.
The top bunk bed has a weight limit of 80 lbs, and should only be used by small children. For safety, do not operate the ceiling fan if the top bunk is in use.
If you plan to use the twin trundle bed, we recommend pushing it partially back under the bunk when not in use to avoid it becoming a tripping hazard.

Both pool areas feature a covered picnic table area, ideal for enjoying meals or taking a break in the shade.
There are two pools available on the property:
The main pool, just two buildings away, is within easy walking distance.
A second pool is located on South Vineyards Terrace Drive.
You’re welcome to use either pool during your stay.
Charcoal grills are available near the pools. Please note: they are not cleaned regularly, so you may want to bring a grill brush or foil for convenience.
Condo Features include Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms with Roku Guest Mode, allowing you to log in to your favorite streaming services during your stay and automatically sign out when you leave. We also provide board games and card games for your enjoyment.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, dishware/flatware, coffee maker both drip and pod, toaster, blender, wine glasses, and more. A Walmart and grocery store are located within a 10–15 minute drive for any additional supplies you may need.
General: Free and fast WiFi, central heating and A/C, free parking in front of the building, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, ceiling fan, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, and a high chair and pack and play for your little one.
Accessibility: From the parking lot there is a small curb to get up onto the sidewalk and then just a threshold to get into the building and into the unit. Once inside the condo there are no steps and it is all on one level.
Late Check-Out / Early Check-In: We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. However, due to scheduling with other guests and the time required for cleaning, it’s not always an option. We’ll let you know if it becomes available, or feel free to reach out and ask!
No Pets: We do not allow pets. Service animals are permitted but will incur a minimum $250 cleaning fee to allow for a deep clean. If there is excessive hair or odor, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply.
Security: There are no interior security cameras. A Ring Video Doorbell is installed at the front door, facing the parking lot. This helps us coordinate with maintenance and cleaners, and monitor for any parking lot concerns to help ensure guest safety.
You will have the entire place to yourself.
Upon booking you will receive a message w/ the house rules and then 48 hours before your stay you will receive another message with your door entry code.
