Very clean and easy to follow check in instructions. The only negative was extremely loud neighbors upstairs that were awake during the night - vacuuming, stomping around and slamming drawers and doors. They appeared to also be vacationers so I anticipate most guests are much more considerate with noise during regular sleeping hours. We did have direct contact information for the host and anticipated connecting with her for support if the noise continued but thankfully they were not disruptive on our last night. Check out process and expectations were clearly communicate for us to know exactly what was expected and the cost to replace any important items such as key card for access. The playground was close right outside our condo which was a plus for our granddaughter. The condo was very roomy and nicely decorated. The only downside is one of the beds is very high up, not easy for anyone short. My son was able to go play on the playground right outside the sliding doors of the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The condo looks just as it is pictured. It was a very comfortable stay. Awesome place to stay with kids. One of our grandkids is disabled and it was great not having to go up and down stairs to go anywhere. Highly recommended!! ##### Cheryl T.
