Clean, great layout, spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked with towels, toiletries and bedding. Big plus was no stairs, good parking and a very convenient location but still quiet. One of my kids has bad allergies (mostly to pets) and we usually end up with some kind of allergy flare up when we travel so the strong no pets rule here was why I chose it. She didn’t have a single issue the whole time which was amazing and such a relief. And I’m kind of a clean freak and even with carpet, it felt and smelled very clean! Didn’t feel like a condo, more like a home away from home. We will definitely try to book this condo for all our future Branson visits! ##### Ryann T. I don’t think you are very customer friendly. The practice of charging for an early checkin in ridiculous. If the room is clean anyway why not let the lodger in? The policy of having to charge 50.00 or more to ship an item is over the top. You just don’t want to bother by taking care of someone who has a problem. When we arrived,at 3:50 we could not get it. When we waited to 4 we could not get in because of 2 different code problems on your end. Should we have charged you for that! I would not recommend you, nor would I stay there again. It is quite dated on the appliances. The insulation for noise between units is not the best. Just so you know if you stay at one of these properties, be aware that every time someone in the unit above you walks around, you will hear them walking, This woke me several times during the night every single day we stayed. So the reason for the 3 stars is the property manager was aware that the Washer/Dryer unit was not working before our arrival because there was a note on it. When we asked about it they said they would get it serviced the next day. The next day late evening the owner's son showed up and asked if we wanted to buy the condo (LOL... NO WAY) and said it would be hard to get someone out on the weekend. He tried to throw show tickets our way and told us to drop his name at theatres is we wanted discounts. Obviously the management company knew the appliance wasn't working before we arrived and nothing was done. Lots of times we don't bring enough clothes because we count on having working appliances and are able to wash our clothes... not this time. So after our stay I messaged the property manager and asked for a credit because of the broken appliance and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience. I asked the property manager to contact the owner for a credit a couple times and they completely ignored my message and did not respond. Will not book with this property manager again, very poor communication at the tail end of this trip. ##### Karen G. There were more useful items in the unit than I expected. All you need to bring is food and clothing for a great vacation! We come to Branson twice a year and have stayed many places. None, compare to this condo. Lots of room and located in the perfect place. Absolutely stunning views from the closed in back porch. Literally over looks two different holes on the golf course. Host texted us near daily asking if there was anything they could do for us.
