Spread across 2 stories, this condo has awesome living spaces on the 1st story, while the 2nd story is dedicated to quiet sleeping space for much appreciated restful nights after long days of exploring all that beautiful Branson has to offer. Boasting a perfect location and surrounded by natural beauty, this condo is the perfect choice for your stay in Branson. Make the most of your beautiful views in the home’s sunny, enclosed patio with a 4-person table perfect for cards, wet bar, tv, and a cozy sleeper sofa. There’s more living space to enjoy inside where additional couches face a large smart tv and the electric fireplace adds another layer of comfort to your leisure time. A major issue is that we did not have hot water and it took over an hour to resolve. Lucky for us, we did not have early show tickets. Unit needs a little TLC- some lights are out, windows in sun room do NOT have shades and will not lock so difficult for anyone sleeping on sleeper sofa. Broken tiles in some areas- these are loose so they could be a trip hazard. Updstairs fan and front bedroom fans are loose. Table top in sunroom is loose too. I know this sounds bad, but it was very nice and we did enjoy our stay. NOT for handicapp person or anyone that cannot handle stairs- no elevator to unit. ##### Karen R.
