A major issue is that we did not have hot water and it took over an hour to resolve. Lucky for us, we did not have early show tickets. Unit needs a little TLC- some lights are out, windows in sun room do NOT have shades and will not lock so difficult for anyone sleeping on sleeper sofa. Broken tiles in some areas- these are loose so they could be a trip hazard. Updstairs fan and front bedroom fans are loose. Table top in sunroom is loose too. I know this sounds bad, but it was very nice and we did enjoy our stay. NOT for handicapp person or anyone that cannot handle stairs- no elevator to unit. ##### Karen R.
