I could barely open it by myself. Also, the window in the bedroom downstairs has no covering on it so if you like to sleep past the crack of dawn you may want to sleep upstairs because that bedroom gets BRIGHT. It was clean and well kept and had great WiFi. The only problem I had with this stay was the master bedroom. In that room is a skylight-like window about 15 ft up that faces east and has no blinds, curtains or shutters. So, by 6am it is blindingly bright in the room and there’s nothing you can do about it. We’ve been coming to Branson for 13 years and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. (View of the pond is better in person actually.) Super quiet and clean. The loft is a perfect space for a teen. Access to a pool would be nice, but we’re gone most of the time anyway. Small issue with the WiFi password was resolved immediately. After that the only other issue was that they forgot to give us a parking pass. I got a warning ticket. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again although the pond view was nothing special.
