For larger groups, we have additional properties nearby, ensuring everyone can stay close together. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with ample dishes and utensils, perfect for preparing a big family meal. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub/shower and dual sinks. You can access the deck from both the bedroom and the living room. The guest bedroom includes a new queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV with cable. Situated in the gated community of Pointe Royale, this condo is just 3 miles from the Strip and 1.5 miles from Moonshine Beach at Table Rock Lake. The playground and dog park are conveniently located next to Lake Taneycomo, approximately a third of a mile from the condo. This unit is located in the building just before the Clubhouse, making it easy to walk to the swimming pools and other amenities. The Pointe Royale Clubhouse is the next building over and it features a banquet room, bar/grill, golf course, golf pro shop, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, fishing/boat ramp, playground, and two dog parks. The clubhouse is elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable setting for meetings, banquets, and reunions. If you need more space for larger groups, I have a condo next door for your convenience. Pointe Royale (POA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly. Boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed at Pointe Royale. Boat parking is at Branson Boat Storage and is located on the other side of Hwy 165 straight across from Pointe Royale Resort. This is a dog friendly place, and one can take them for a walk almost anywhere. I was disappointed with the location and condition of the dog park, as it was a bit far by foot and there was no car parking available, probably on one of those check boxes to fill. Small tvs in the bedroom, super loud fan in the master bath, but we knew that before booking. We had a great time. Kim was quick to respond. We were pleasantly suprised to find two fold out cots in the closet and an air up bed. The condo can definitely work for large families or siblings that dont like sharing beds. We had some issues getting the TV set to broadcast the regular channels on the network. I did finally get it resolved after tracing the HDMI cables which had been hooked up wrong(probably from the previous guests & to no fault of the property owner). The only reason that we gave the property a 4 star rating is we saw some ants & a couple of small bugs inside the condo. Probably need to get an exterminator in. The property manager was Fantastic in communicating with me. Very clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Now for the Negatives. The fan in the Master bedroom needs to be replaced. Sounds like a plane taking off. 2\. The thermostat would go heck to its default setting of 60 every 4 hours. This was a big issue. We would leave for a show or etc and return to a cold condo. I had to reset to 74 twice each night. Not Good!! I did not attempt to reset the thermostat for fear of losing it all together. That about it. ##### Melvin P. Mar 23, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication #### Worst Branson Trip Upon arriving to the Condo we did a walk through. The master bathroom still had soap scum in the bathtub around the jets. Kim was very responsive and offered to get someone out there. The bed was so uncomfortable our kids slept on the floor the second night and my husband an I took the recliner and couch. This is like a small apartment- the people above us were so loud they woke us up on the second night at 4am...sounded like a herd of cows.... the checkout time is a little earlier than we liked and you do take out your own trash and wash your towels... which seemed odd to us for other places we stayed as that is what the housekeeper is for. This Condo is more for the older generation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. First and last of renting a condo. I feel it is based off preference for us. It just wasn't very private. When standing on the balcony the neighbors are staring right at you. The most annoying thing was turning on thr light in thr master bath and hearing the fan run the whole time....
