The most ideal Branson vacation destination location available. Closest lake front property to world renowned big cedar golf courses, including Tiger Woods’ only publicly available course in the US, Payne's Valley. Minutes from "Branson Landing", Silver Dollar City, 200 yards away from the entrance to the State Park Marina. Within 15 minutes of every major Branson amenity or destination and lake views! 5 bedroom suites, all with their own full bathroom. Kings in four of the rooms and a bunk room with a queen and 3 XL twins. Top bunks are not suitable for very young kids. Daybed with trundle in one of the king rooms. Main living with large sectional and beautiful gas fireplace. Upstairs living has wet bar, pull out couch with memory foam mattress, and walks out to lake view upper deck. All new construction, large smart TVs in every room and Branson Cove amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, park and trail to water. Indoor pool for all year round swimming option. Playground, pickle ball courts and fireside common space will all be fully constructed by 2023 Home will be handicap accessible with front door on the same grade as the street. Bedroom 2 on main floor has wider doors and and walk in shower with rails.
