Both cottages rent as one unit, Enjoy Privacy & Comfort, Very Family friendly

Welcome to our beautiful cottages completed on 09/2018. At the end of a newly paved driveway and located on 3 acres of secluded woods with additional grassy playing fields. These two Craftsman-style cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a covered breezeway with convenient keypad locks. Both cottages offer hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, custom cabinets, and quartz countertops. They also feature ceiling fans, tiled bathrooms, outdoor decks with built-in benches and propane bbq grills. The cottages are surrounded with winding walking trails in the woods for your outdoor enjoyment. Master bedrooms have king beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom features two extra long twin beds. 2nd bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Couch makes into a queen size bed so each cottage can sleep up to 6 people! The cottages have a smart TV and free wifi. Appliances include a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, as well as a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, ice cream maker, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, and all utensils. Outdoor features include volleyball, pingpong table, whiffle ball, horseshoes, cornhole toss a firepit with outdoor lights and a hammock. Less than 2 miles away is a shopping center that has Sunfest grocery store, Pizza World restaurant, Dollar General, Ace Hardware and Family Pharmacy. The Branson Landing is 5 minutes away with lots of shopping and restaurant options.

The cottages were the neatest, very cozy and comfortable! Perfect for our weekend girl trip! Everything was very clean and well furnished! The hosts, Byron and Lisa were the most amazing hosts I’ve ever had at a VRBO. Upon arrival we were greeted by Byron and he showed us around the cottages. Byron, brought us fresh eggs for our breakfast and Lisa made us some delicious banana muffins! I would highly recommend this place for anyone!

Our family of 3 generations agreed these cottages exceeded our expectations, providing many activities and great memories during our 4 days there. We've traveled much experiencing a variety of stays. This property, and its thoughtful build-out, ranks among the best of them! It comes with the amenities you'd typically expect in a 5-star review, but so much more. Lisa and Byron have lovingly poured their energy and creativity into a concept that captivates in many ways. A property accessible and with understated elegance, their personal touch is everywhere. There is beautiful architectural design, hand-crafted wood finishes, intimate yet spacious rooms, and a lovely breezeway between the cottages engendering a sense of connection and interaction. Spectacular outdoor spaces include a covered dining pavilion, sitting decks, a fire pit, greenhouse, and benches inhabiting hideaways along the inviting woodsy trails. Our 2 and 5-year-old grandkids acted with considerable independence in a safe environment, enjoying morning visits to the on-property chickens, exploring the trails together, dirtying up in the large sandbox, and running freely across the expansive lawn. Our hosts treated us to fresh eggs, baked goods, great conversation, all with the warmest welcome. The attention to detail on this property is everywhere apparent and effective. We departed feeling grateful that we had discovered this great vacation rental.

Just the Best

Two identical cottages connected by covered walkway keeps everyone close but allows privacy. Beautiful grounds with so much to do. Owners are next door should any problems arise, but they won't. They've thought of everything, including welcome gifts. Very clean and almost everything supplied. Absolutely loved it here.

Amazing property & hosts!

These cottages were perfect for our family (5 adults & a 2-yr-old). The living areas are spacious enough to gather, and the two cottages give each family privacy. The hosts have thought of everything, including chocolate :), fresh eggs on arrival, and freshly-baked muffins to help with getting out the door the last morning! Their communication was prompt & so friendly. The location of the cottages is close enough to downtown, but also helps you feel like you're "getting away." The playground was so helpful with our toddler & other outside activities provided fun for the adults. We highly recommend & would stay here again!

Our whole family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in Branson. We had 11 adults and my grandbaby. It was such a beautiful property and the cottages were amazing. It had everything we needed and more. It is only 10 minutes to downtown Branson, but you wouldn’t have to leave this property. It had a pavilion with ping pong, volleyball, grills, a playground and more. The owners are close by and were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING !!

These cottages were the perfect place for our family vacation… age range was 1 year to 68 years. Byron and Lisa are the nicest hosts we’ve ever met…even brought us fresh eggs and muffins! The cottages were clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. We loved all of the outdoor activities, especially the fire pit and playground. We are already planning to come back next year!

Siblings - The Greatest Gift Our Parents Ever Gave Us Was Each Other

We cannot say enough good things about Timberlake Cottages! The Cottages are tucked away on beautifully landscaped grounds with walking trails, games, a fire pit and much more for the family to have lots of fun and relaxation. Byron and Lisa were amazing hosts! One of our favorites was the farm fresh eggs. We absolutely loved it and we are booking dates for next year. We can’t wait to see the completion of the green house! Magical & Serene Get Away

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The cabins are perfect for both family and friends. They were beautiful and very clean. The owners are so nice and went out of their way to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. The grounds are gorgeous. Beautiful flowers and moss pathways. It was really impressive. Our children loved the swing set and outdoor toys. We have already booked another stay! 10/10 recommend!

Our Favorite Place

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Branson. Byron and Lisa are the perfect hosts each time we’ve come. The cottages are always spotless and the beds are very comfy. Our must favorite part of our stay are the farm fresh eggs and banana chocolate chip muffins made by Lisa. It is such a peaceful place and conveniently located for the things we want to do. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect Cozy Cottages

My husband and I stayed at the cottages, while getting ready for our son’s wedding. It was so clean and cozy……we fell in love with it! It is the perfect place to relax, even though we had a lot of activities, we did get a little down time. We only wish we would have had more time to hang out there. We will definitely be back!!!
