STOCKED ITEMS All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay. The room was clean, well stocked, plenty of linen, and felt safe in the area. We had family that wanted to visit for a few hours while we were in town and the facility accommodated us with this. The owner was quick in response when we contacted them. The bad part is 2 of the 3 beds were hard to sleep on. The upstairs bedroom got warm when AC was turned down and the bottom area was cold so it was trying to find a comfort zone for both areas. Pools were great and clean. The unit accommodates several people but there isn't enough silverware to feed everyone a meal. The couch had a tear in it and it was fixed with staples. No curtains on Master bedroom door that led to the balcony. Also no curtains in the kitchen area everyone could walk by and look in. Paint was peeling, carpets are old and dirty looking. TV’s are outdated so don’t even consider trying to watch Netflix because you can’t download the apps However it was a good location and the pool is nice. We won’t be going back. ##### Peggy F. Make sure you check your email for the building and unit number for checking in at the gate, it isn’t listed on the Vrbo app. The unit was clean. The unit is dated, but does the job and the price was reasonable for the weekend. There is severe water damage on the wall by the sliding door, The host is aware of it and has a date to have it fixed. We enjoy staying in Point Royale.
