The pocket door to the bathroom on the lower level was off track and you couldn’t shut the door or open completely. The door password didn’t work but called office and was issued new code. Called next day because WIFI password didn’t work but no one returned call. When we arrived the fridge had a puddle of water inside. We cleaned it up & it was back the next morning. We woke up to ants ALL over the kitchen counters. It did rain a lot that week. Maintenance arrived several hours after calling. Carpet had a lot of stains. Unit needs a good deep/spring clean due to dust & carpets need shampooing. We loved the location and spaciousness. Bed were comfortable. Coffee pot in kitchen was a sad little basic coffee pot and not what is in picture. We really enjoyed this cabin just wish the fire place would have worked. The staff at the welcome center were amazing and very helpful! The cabin decor and cleanliness were both amazing!
