We designed this home to be the ultimate family destination for your vacation getaway! Pool ($40/night for heat). Pool heater is set to 85°F. Please note that Pool Heaters can only increase pool tempature by 20-25°F above outdoor tempatures. During cooler months, 85°F is not guaranteed. 2 Spas: The above-ground spa has a cover and stays hot and ready. In the instance it isnt hot, a previous guest likely switched a setting and we can switch it back. The InGround Spa usually takes about 30 minutes to heat in the warmer months. It can take longer in the colder months. Drive way Parking ONLY FINES & FEES: CLEANING FEE: Guests are still paying the same total as before—previously $350 plus Airbnb’s 15% guest fee (totaling to $400). Airbnb has now reduced the guest service fee to 0%, and instead charges hosts a 15.5% fee. The cleaning fee is now $400 to offset this change, allowing us to pay our cleaners the full amount under the new fee structure. Great kitchen for preparing and sharing meals, game room with foosball and pool table was a hit, location is close to grocery store and restaurants, only a few miles to Anna Maria Island, and the back yard with the two hot tubs, pool, corn hole and plenty of open space was probably the highlight for the teenage/young adult crew. ##### Tad H. Everyone enjoyed their stay in this home. This home is ten minutes from Manatee Beach. We spent the vacation back and forth between several Bradenton beaches and the pool/hot tubs. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and large commons spaces. The outdoor area was so much fun for adults and kids, and you have your privacy. The home has everything you need if you plan on cooking and grilling out like we did. The hosts are friendly guys, very accommodating, and solid communication. Also, the home is short drive to restaurants, stores, and activities. Highly recommended vacation house! ##### Stephen H. If you are considering renting this home for your family's vacation, don't hesitate. The backyard was an amazing oasis for all kids and adults with so much to do between the mini golf, lounge area, pool, spa and hot tub! The house was super clean and fully stocked for all of your needs. It was helpful to have many beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella in the garage for our use. The pool table was also a nice touch. Sawyer was extremely responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend and would rent this home again! House is perfect! The house was perfect for 4 families - mothers and daughter who were visiting for a soccer tournament. It was a great layout and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all that you need to cook every night which you typically don't find in a rental. The backyard, pool and spa area were exactly what was needed after a long day at the fields. Our host was amazing. He was so responsive and attentive to our needs. The best host we have ever had from a rental place on VRBO! It was truly a beautiful home and conveniently located too! ##### Monica M. I cannot say enough good things about this home! My friend and I decided to go on a trip with our five kids all between the ages of 4 and 11 years old. The house was the PERFECT fit for us and the kids! It kind of has two sides to it so that her early bird kiddos could get up while mine still had the ability to sleep in. The backyard is an oasis of its own! With the pool, hot tub, all the games outside and in the garage - there’s so much to do! It’s fully stocked with ALL THE FUN!!! From the fun pool lights to the mini golf - the kids were loving every minute!!! They are also so accommodating and have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers all there for you to take to the beach! So incredibly helpful for people who fly into town! Short drive to multiple beaches too (being from the Midwest this is important to me - I love getting my ocean time in)! Their communication was incredible - so friendly and willing to accommodate and answer all the questions before and during our stay! Bonus: their bath towels are luxurious and I asked immediately for where they’re from because I need them asap! We will for SURE be back and if I could give this place a higher rating I most definitely would!! So spacious, so fun, so inviting!!! BOOK THIS FOR YOUR NEXT TRIP TO BRADENTON - YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! 🙌 ##### caitlin m. The house is clean and well-appointed with plenty of space to spread out and large comfy rooms to gather in. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and the game room in the garage when it rained. The hosts are incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions promptly -they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay at this home again! ##### Jenny B. And in many instances, even better. The Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much any Dish, appliance or utensil you could possibly need. As well as a generous supply of towels. Plenty of space for our big family, and no one ever got bored at this home! The owner was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had, and so kind.
