The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own flat-screen TV. With more than 1,000 square feet of living space, Sunny Life offers plenty of room for a couple, family, or small group.

The property provides convenient access to Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, shopping, dining, and Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, making it easy to enjoy both resort living and everything the surrounding area has to offer.

Golf Membership Included

Guests receive membership privileges at River Strand Golf & Country Club, including access to the 27-hole Arthur Hills championship golf course, resort-style pools, fitness facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse dining, and scenic walking and biking paths.

Your reservation may require completion of a non-refundable Homeowners Association application that requests personal details.

Furry friends are welcome. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet paid directly to the management company.
