We provide all linens, including bedding and towels, as well as a few complimentary coffee/tea and paper towels/toilet paper to start you off right. Loss of passes for on-site amenities will result in a $20 replacement fee. Smoking is not permitted inside of condo but there is a space outside. Please just be mindful of neighbors. Free parking for 2 vehicles. No assigned parking spots. No non-vehicular objects, boats, or trailers may be parked in any space. No motorcycles, box trucks or RV's permitted. Hearing impaired smoke detectors. There is a camera at the front door that records sound and video. It is there for the safety of our guests and property.
