Clean, comfortable, close to the pool and clubhouse. The condo association has reasonable rules that they enforce which which makes it enjoyable for everybody. Screened in room was nice, and faced Northeast, allowing us to get sun in the morning until about 10, and shade in the afternoon, when it was hot and we wanted shade. Kitchen was well stocked with tools/utensils for cooking. Contacted the owner 1 time before the trip and he responded within 20 minutes. Wonderful experience. ##### Richard B.
