Welcome to Seaside Serenity, a stunning multi-level coastal getaway designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable beach memories. Enter through the front door or spacious two-car garage into a welcoming foyer that offers a beautiful view of the lush backyard oasis. For added convenience, the home features an elevator accessible from the ground level, making it easy to reach every floor.

Head upstairs to the first main level where a bright open-concept living space awaits. The comfortable living room features a 75-inch Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

To the right, you’ll find a large fully stocked kitchen with a five-burner stovetop, plenty of counter space, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The nearby dining area comfortably seats six, with two additional chairs available for extra guests. A convenient half bath is located just off the living space.

The Neighborhood:

⚠️ Please note: There is currently construction taking place next door to the left of the home. While daytime noise may be heard, the surrounding neighborhood remains peaceful and relaxing. The beautiful beach is just a short stroll away, making it easy to escape and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Gulf and all the island charm nearby! 🌴☀️🏖️



Other Things to Note:

To make your stay effortless, the home is fully stocked with 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, and a beach umbrella, plus all bath towels, beach towels, and linens—just pack your bags and enjoy island time ☀️🐚

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles maximum. Please plan ahead and coordinate with your group accordingly.
