Oceanfront Park beach less than a mile away (0.7 miles), take a walk to the beach!! Biking friendly area. 1 Parking stall. Touristic quiet and safe area, close to fitness clubs, two water front restaurants, boat/jet ski rental, scuba diving/ fishing charters. Studio attached to a main unit w/independent entrance, queen bed microwave, refrigerator. Washer and dryer

No parties or loud music allowed.
No extra guests allowed without the consent of the owner.
No pets.
No smoking inside the property, strictly enforced

Great location and property!
My husband and I have been together 16 years and have never gone away without the kids. This was our first getaway and we were so blessed to have found this property! A block or two from everything you could need or want! Very clean and exactly what is pictured. Juan was fantastic to work with! Totally recommend!

A Saving Grace
My husband and I were not sure where we were staying as we wanted something in a central location to the beach and restaurants, something small and CLEAN. BINGO! What a great place. Brand new everything!The host was stellar. Helpful, polite hospitable.We plan to book again and I have already recommended to friends.
