Bowdon Vacation Packages

Varied breakfast, main lobby decor is modern but the rest of the hotel, especially the rooms and very tired and dated.

Fantastic hotel and location. Majority of staff were exceptional. We did however leave a shopping bag from our trip in the room by accident and remembered on the train home. We called the hotel and said we would come back the next day to see if they put it aside from housekeeping but unfortunately it wasn’t found. Staff at reception were very helpful with this incident. Overall great hotel but remember a final sweep before you leave!

Room was very cold even with heating on. Lights are very dark. In winter would have been difficult to use laptop Staff very helpful. Great that parking was close/onsite even if expensive Kept asking for a passport to complete check in instead of offering an option for driving licence. Digitalisation too fast. Older people would feel confused and their experience would have been poor. Let’s no discriminate and leave older people outside society while we focus on “inclusion “
