We were notified that there was construction occurring on the property during our stay, so the pool and splash area would be closed. The first day construction equipment noise woke me. Later that day, we were notified that our balcony would be stained, so would not be available. We decided to watch a bit of TV only to find that reception was an issue. Ultimately, we decided to leave the hotel a day early. We notified the front desk we would be checking out a day early. I requested that we be refunded 1 day's cost as well as 1 day's resort fee. The hotel denied the request.

Great remodel on this property! Well done. Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for access all over Branson. I highly recommend.
