"Delightful city centre hotel"
The whole experience was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, the room superb, great view from the 12th floor, all the facilities worked like a dream, the swimming pool was great, and I loved the smell of the shampoo in the bathroom. The guy on the reception was very helpful booking us a late table in the restaurant, and nothing was too much trouble. I felt really pampered.

"nice hotel, convenient location."
Been to Manchester many times, decided to stay at a hotel that by UK's standard was 4 stars. Arora Hotel is nice, close to Chinese Archway, within walking distance to Piccadilly Gardens to catch the Metrolink to Manchester Piccadilly station, and within walking distance of Arndale center, and other shops. I chose the Premier Double room and appreciated its roominess. It also had a king bed. However, I was very disappointed with the bed, as it was very uncomfortable. All the mattress pads in the world, cannot make up for the fact that I'm sleeping on a box spring and NOT a mattress. You can actually feel the springs, while laying down. I basically slept on top of the duvet, which offered better padding. Their restaurant and bar had a great ambiance, and their meals were great.

"Good location"
I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is in a central location and there is allot going on nearby. There is also a car park next to the hotel. Staff were very attentive. The room was comfortble and clean with all the basic amenaties. It was however a little simple in terms of decor. Overall I had a good expieriance.

"Central location but not sure it really merits 4*"
Room was a good size, quiet and the beds are comfy enough. Bathroom was worn and dated. Restaurant and bar are just one room downstairs that has little of interest. Room service was edible but not top range food. No real facilities on site. Staff everywhere were friendly and helpful, though.

"Lovely hotel close to centre"
Enjoyed our stay here, but found the breakfast service a little slow, although the staff were all nice and very helpful. Beware the towel rails!! There is a warning sign saying that they get very hot, but my husband got quite a nasty burn on his shoulder when he got up to go to the bathroom during the night.
