The staff there was being rude towards my family and I. When we asked them for water they didn’t want to give us any. Even checking in felt like they treated us rude. We did not feel welcomed at all. I will not come back to this hotel. Do not recommend it at all. Bad customer service.

The room was clean, and the hotel offered great amenities that make us want to come back, to take full advantage of it. BBQ grills, swimming pool, spas, and gym, all nestled within the Palisade valley of the Sierra. Proximity to rental bikes, Tahoe city, rafting and hikes definitely calls for a longer stay! I strongly recommend it!
