Whether you`re a traveling professional, visiting researcher, student, relocating, working remotely, or family, or simply looking for a comfortable home away from home you`ll find everything you need to feel at home, instead of a room.
Convenient location: Bus directly to Harvard and easy connections to the Red Line, which offers access to MIT, and many other colleges, hospitals, and businesses throughout the Greater Boston area. Step to gas station, local markets, restaurants, CVS, 7-11, and walk distance to Star Market.
The apartment is entirely yours during your stay. You`ll have access to all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee to help you start your day. A brand new shared washer and dryer in the basement are available for your convenience.
🏡 Guest Access:
The apartment occupies the entire second floor of our three-family home. The main front entrance is shared with the third-floor apartment, but once inside, you`ll have your own private entrance and complete privacy throughout your stay.
Comfort:
The apartment is equipped with a thermostat for heating. It follows a standard daily schedule, but you`re welcome to adjust the temperature at any time to suit your comfort.

• This is a second-floor unit accessed by stairs only
• Smoking, drugs, and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, Violation will result in a $1,000 fine
• Absolutely no events, parties, loud music, large gathering. disturbance reported by neighbors or police will result in immediate removal without refund, and $1,000 fine will apply.
• Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, Children count as guests and must be included in the booking.
• Pets are welcome with $80 charge per stay.
• Food or short-term deliveries to the door are allowed. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the property.
• The other unit is occupied by long term tenants. Please be respectful of shared spaces and keep noise to a minimum
