Bucharest City-Centre6 nights3.0 star property8.6/10 - Excellent (576 reviews)". Hotel is in good location . Staff were friendly and welcoming . The hotel was clean throughout our stay . Our bedroom was cleaned daily, except on Sunday. I'm not sure whether this was because it was our last night, due to reduced staffing, or if it was simply missed by accident. . The lift is out of use, therfore not suitable for disabled people."Reviewed October 21, 2026Roundtrip • Toronto (YTO) - Bucharest (OTP)YYZ - OTP • 1 stop OTP - YYZ • 1 stopCA $1,786CA $1,533found 1 day agoper traveller - 4 Room Penthouse Terrace W18-W19

"We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least "
"Checkin smoothly. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, dotated with everything you need (cutlery, plates, stove, fridge). Location is quite central at 8 minutes from Toplița bob, Lidl at 2 minutes. You can see Thermal Waterfall from the window. Very clean and cosy. I loved the smell of bedsheets. Thank you again for our 3 nights stay! Check-in si comunicarea a fost straightforward. Toate detaliile privind accesul în clădire și apartament au fost trimise pe WhatsApp. Un apartament curat,...
"Nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful My only real complaint was the VERY BAD PARKING"
