    "The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK."

    "This hotel is in an excellent location near Centraal Station and easily accessible to the city. The hotel staff were responsive to messaging and check-in was smooth. The room is very small so would benefit from a few hooks on the walls to help manage belongings in the small space. There was no bath mat to step on. I wasn't confident the bedspread and extra pillow were clean as they had stains and were poor quality material so I just removed them. Overall with a few tweaks this is a great budget..."
