Very comfortable 2-family house terraced. 700 m from the centre of Bordighera, 4 km from the centre of Ospedaletti, 9 km from the centre of Sanremo, on a slope, 450 m from the sea. Private: terraced garden (fenced). Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). 200 m long motor access to the house. Width of access road: 230 cm. Parking at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, bicycle rental 700 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Bordighera" 2 km, pebble beach 450 m. Cycle lane 350 m.  
"Riana", 3-room semi-detached house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.11\. to 08.04\. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea and the countryside.
