« Bonne escale d une nuit. Emplacement trés central, dans une ville au trafic routier trés difficile. Le plus commode est de donner RV au chauffeur à 30 métres sur la petite place. Chambre trés correcte avec balcon, cafetiere et frigo. Clim bruyante: nous l avons coupée pour dormir. Personnel très sympathique, qui donne un plan de la ville et des bons conseils de visite. »

"El nivel de ruido fue insoportable. No logramos dormir de toda la noche por el tema del bar justamente al lado de nuestras recameras. Mi padre de 80 años salió a las 2 y medio para hablar con el recepcionista. Se cayó en las escaleras porque no había luz en los pasillos y se abrió la rodilla. "

"Bonne escale d une nuit. Emplacement trés central, dans une ville au trafic routier trés difficile. Le plus commode est de donner RV au chauffeur à 30 métres sur la petite place. Chambre trés correcte avec balcon, cafetiere et frigo. Clim bruyante: nous l avons coupée pour dormir. Personnel très sympathique, qui donne un plan de la ville et des bons conseils de visite."

"Very Negative Experience – Unsafe Stay Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you're not Mexican. Your safety is not guaranteed. My stay at this hotel turned into a nightmare. While the reception and room were acceptable, the tiny pool is governed by a strict internal policy clearly posted on-site, forbidding diving. Despite this, a local guest (served alcohol by the hotel) and his child were allowed to break these rules for hours—right under the eyes of staff, including servers, housekeepers, and receptionists monitoring the pool via surveillance cameras. No one intervened. After I politely asked the guest to respect the rules, I became the target of hostile behavior and aggressive remarks (the father told his son to “aim for the French”). The child then lunged at me, and while I tried to protect myself, the father—clearly intoxicated—punched me violently in the face, causing a mild concussion. The hotel staff witnessed everything and did nothing. No support, no commercial gesture. We left immediately, traumatized. This hotel fails to enforce its own rules and protect its guests. A humiliating, violent experience. Don’t risk your vacation here. "
