Hotel looked and felt like it was abandoned years ago. The pool was the only redeeming feature. The wifi didn't work, was intermittent at best, the food was unpalatable, and the service was abysmal. The staff didn't seem to have a handle on what service meant, it felt like we were being policed the entire stay. When we asked for additional pillow cases for the generous SECOND pillow, the staff asked us "What happened to the existing pillow cases? The face recognition software to enter and leave the hotel was a bit dystopian, the pizza and appetizers felt like they had been cooked at the hay-day of the hotel, and the staff truly seemed like they didn't know their role in the experience. I would strongly advise running, not walking, away from this establishment.
