The air conditioner worked great but all the knobs had broken off so you could only turn it on and off by unplugging it from the wall. The sliding door to the balcony was broken and would only open a few inches. The water heater for the shower, like the air con, had knobs removed so I could only take a cold shower. Unfortunately we had a few issues. Room was Mouldy and had a damp smell to it. It rained heavy 1 day and we had water leaking threw the ceiling, although the staff fixed it immediately that was probably the cause of the smell. Construction works were going on very early in the morning around the hotel, although this is not the hotels fault a little pre warning would be nice.
