And with no steps to the entrance, the ease of entering and exiting the main level of this wonderful home makes it perfect for those who are challenged by steps. The Main level consists of a large living room with a large flat panel smart TV with DVD player, cathedral ceilings, plenty of windows overlooking the mountain views, and hardwood flooring, a half bathroom, a separate dining area with bay windows and views, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with Jenn-Aire appliances, a screened-in porch with an outdoor cast-iron picnic style dining set and a large gas grill, and an open wrap-around furnished upper deck. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air as you relax around the gas firetable on the deck. Also on the main level is the master suite with queen bed, smart HDTV and private bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with shower. Downstairs is a second living room with stone, gas-log fireplace, smart TV with DVD player, and an 8-in-one game table that includes mini pool, checkerboard, and air hockey. There's a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full bed, a shared full bathroom with clawfoot bathtub with shower, a laundry room, and a large lower deck with a wonderfully relaxing hot tub. Outside has a fenced in area for pets and family to run around and burn off a little extra energy! Misty Mountain Hideaway is located just 10 minutes to downtown Blowing Rock and is convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, the major ski & tubing resorts and all other High Country attractions. Come experience this beautiful home today! ADDITIONAL NOTES \- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. \- Pet Rent: $25/nt per pet plus tax. Max of 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 30lb only. \- Note that this home offers limited parking. Beautiful property that was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved all the natural light the main level got! It was such a happy and cozy stay. If so, pack up your 2 vehicles(parking spaces for 2) and head on over to this gem. I was very pleased with the truly pet safe porches! The fenced in area for pups took a bit of careful footing but, was nicely secure. Coffee on the porch, listening to birdsong was delightful and proximity to downtown Blowing Rock, Price Lake and Grandfather Mountain was close. My family enjoyed our relaxing time in this home. 💜 ##### Maria H. True, but the inside of the property is not this way. The steps going to the bottom floor are numerous, steep, carpeted and not easy to navigate. Same for the steps to the loft area bedroom. Thus, we had to give my 79 year old father the master suite because it was the only one on the main floor. If there had been no mention of access, I would have done more investigation. Otherwise, very well kept and clean and enjoyable outdoor areas,. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. ##### jennifer m. Close to everything, lovely layout, beautiful views, excellent hot tub, and plenty of kids toys and games. Oh, and the master shower is AMAZING.
