There are three suites, only 1 which has a en suite bath, the deluxe. The other share an external bath. The host, Carlo was terrific, v knowledgable. Breakfast was more than adequate, he even had a torte that he made one morning. We came to Bologna to visit the Morandi Museum which was less than a 10 minute walk. Actually if you like to walk, most sights are approx 25 minutes away or less. Although we made clear when we booked 10 weeks previously that we would be departing at 4:40am to go to the airport, the owner was very volatile and said we cannot do that. Well indicated and prima organised by the owner.
