Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Loved this resort so much, it was breathtaking. The only issue would be that it’s far out so if you have a car then no problem but if not it cost us 400 euros to get back to the airport (Bergamo) and 250 euro to get there from MXP airport.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

"When our flight got canceled due to the weather we couldn’t get rebooked until 2 days later completely missing our time we had planned in Milan. Even providing proof this hotel would not refund our money or even meet me half way and give a partial refund."
