The worst of the worst. Take down from your site. Noise started at 6:45AM AND FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 6AM and you put us in 2 different hotels. We didn’t even stay at that hotel but 2other different one! Then you said you were going to bump me out of my room b/c you needed the beds???

Great location by US Embassy, Great Value

Overall very good. Location great. Lots of restaurants & convenience stores within 2 minutes walking. Safe area. Also close to airport (15min cab ride). Room details: I got a suite which had a jacuzzi which was awesome although I had no control of temperature or even turning it on or off (had to call the lobby) Was told they changed b/c people wasted to much water. Also room had great lighting and big window with blackouts but at night if you want to have a dim light( reading or such) is not available. It is either 100 lumen bright white light or total darkness Lol. Towels need upgrade. Kind of raggedy and thin. Also never a hand towel for hand washing or such. Like most hotels in Colombia there is lack of available outlets to charge phones, Ipads and such. If there are 2 people staying someone always has to charge their phone in the bathroom or else you take turns fighting for the outlets like middle seat passengers fighting for armrests. :-) Overall very good. Great Value. Will stay again.

The building is very unique inside. I didn't care for the smell of the hotel. They were trying to cover up something. I am allergic to purfumes and strong scents. Other than that it was ok.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. I was picked up late because the driver was not waiting where all the other shuttle drivers were and in the early morning of 5am I could not get a shuttled to the airport because it was to early so I had to get a taxi and pay. My sleep was the most unconfortable I have ever had in a long time because the bed was so hard It was like sleeping on plywood with a sheet on top. As a result I got no sleep and had a 22 hr flight the next day. There was also no shower head which made for a good shower massage and they charged me $2 US for a small bottle of water I thought was complimentary. Just a few small things but I would not stay there again.

Great hotel in central Bogota

Great service and good people. Had a late night arrival and they picked me up at the airport as requested. All personel were very attentive and service was excellent. Will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to Bogota.
