They hosted an event outside all the rooms one of the nights and it kept everyone up until 1am with load music and then putting away tables and chairs and equipment. Hotel did nothing and did not even apologize. Cleaners don’t do a proper job, staff are clueless and not very helpful dispute best intentions. Security cameras do not work and door locks are not reliable (unless you slam door closed it will not lock). We came back one evening to our room door left wide open and the police had to be called.

We had an excellent stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would happily return. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and never felt overcrowded. When the sea is calm, it’s absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary suite upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a wonderful convenience for our family. The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially recommend People’s Restaurant. The food and service were exceptional, and we actually enjoyed it more than the à la carte restaurants. It’s definitely worth trying. We also appreciated having the Yargıcı boutique and the wellness/medical center on the property, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. There was one small issue regarding a reserved table, but the team handled it professionally. They apologized sincerely and resolved the situation quickly, which we really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the bathroom amenities. Upgrading the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to higher-quality products would better reflect the luxury experience of the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Bodrum team for their hospitality—we look forward to visiting again.
