The customer service manager, Sevda, was very courteous, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. However, the shower room could be improved, and the front desk personnel could benefit from more training, including better English skills. Think San Antonio meets Aya Napa. The room itself was disappointing—the bathroom and shower were uncomfortably small, offering little to no privacy, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. Additionally, the bed was not supportive or comfortable, making it difficult to get a restful sleep. Breakfast was another area that fell short of expectations. Despite being in Türkiye, we found the selection of local specialties to be quite limited, which was surprising given the rich culinary culture of the region. A broader variety of authentic Turkish options would have greatly enhanced the experience. While the setting and concept of the hotel are stylish, these key aspects of comfort and dining need improvement to make a stay truly enjoyable. The concept is fresh and modern, with beautiful tropical landscaping that makes you feel like you're in a lush paradise. My one bedroom was clean and stylish. The beach is serene and inviting – perfect for lounging or taking a dip in the clear waters. While the music wasn't quite my taste, I could easily imagine how much fun it would be if it were! The overall atmosphere is lively and fun, making it a great spot for adults looking to relax or enjoy some vibrant energy. Greatest highlight is the open air gym. We truly enjoyed that. The staff are truly fantastic – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They really add to the overall positive vibe of the place. If you're looking for a chic, fun, and tropical escape in Bodrum, I recommend this resort! We were first given a room that was extremely damp — the beds were humid and the overall smell was unbearable. After complaining, we were moved to another room, which was slightly better but still had moisture issues, especially on the ceiling of the toilet. The ventilation was poor, and the room layout clearly contributes to the humidity problem — small space and poorly placed water points. There was no proper chair, just a small stool, and the minibar was oddly placed inside the wardrobe, leaving little space for clothes. Storage overall was lacking. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room twice, and when we complained the first time, they insisted it was not possible. The staff was friendly, but for a 5-star hotel, the level of service should be higher. We ended up changing hotels before our check-out date and could immediately see the difference in what a real 5-star experience should be. The setting of the hotel is nice, with a small private beach. The area around the hotel is very lively, with lots of bars and clubs — the music didn’t bother me at all, but it’s something to consider if you’re looking for a very quiet place. I wouldn’t completely discourage people from staying here, but it could do much better for a 5-star hotel. If you care about beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms — avoid it. The hotel was not easy to find. The location and directions were not accurate and it took several tries to find the place. It was very clear from the moment we walked in that a gay couple wouldn’t be welcome. From the moment of checkin there was an uncomfortable sense of overwhelming bigotry. This was compounded when a friend from the area came to visit us at the location. We were informed when he arrived that we had to pay for our guest to enter the hotel. When I returned with my wallet, the amount I was told 6 minutes prior had doubled. I paid the new amount and was then informed that he was not to enter our room! The hotel reeks of homophobia and not at all representative of the numerous other Turks we met on our trip. Dette hotellet er max 3 stjerners. Veldig uryddig hotell generelt ingen .. Ansatte ser helt utslitt ut, ingen smil heller hjelp å få.. ingen respekt for gjestene. Det er søppel overalt i stranden liksom tilhører hotellet . Plutselig kommer folk fra andre steder ligger der bruker hollets solsenger og lager veldig mye støy. Ingen bry seg om det. Samme meny fast hverdag ingen nye retter på alle mål tiden. Hoteller ligger veldig sentralt dvs veldig mye støy, høyt musikk heletiden fra ca kl 13 til kl. 04-05 tiden på natten. Umulig å sove. Ingen hvile avslappende sted.
