Très belle hôtel, propre des piscines et restaurants magnifique, personnel sympathique mais en sous effectif ! nourritures variés, avec du goût mais trop souvent tiède voir froid quel dommage ! Leurs couvercles pour protéger les plats sont beaucoup trop encombrant et lourd et franchement gênant pour se servir, à changer impérativement et ne sert à rien. on ne voit pas le plat à travers mettre plutôt de lampes chauffante sur le dessus.

Nice location, right on the coast, with (partial view) on the ocean. Rooms in Level category are pleasant and comfortable, with excellent bed quality. Very good breakfast with a large choice of food. Level lounge is nice although food and alcohol are available only. Watch out : there is no dedicated pool for Level clients, nor a dedicated area. Which means that you will be in “competition” with all clients to get access (or not) to the deckchairs/sunbeds, and the pool is not “adult only” although Level category is supposed to be. Not a big problem to be, but so you know. Big downside for this hotel : the lack of parking space (around 90, including staff parking) for this massive hotel, it is not sufficient. And only 2 parking space for disabled people, with was an issue when we stayed at the hotel. All in all, nice hotel, but if you have been Level client in another Meliá hotel, don’t have too high expectations with this one.
