"the washroom fan doesn't work when we first arrived, the room was noisy from air condition, it was running very loud when its on, so we have to turn it off and the room got stuffy. The night front staff was rude and not helpful. When we asked if the bath towel was refresh.. they said you go back to room to find out. Can't even ask for a cup of ice And when calling from room, no one pick up and the call was ringing for 8 min until I gave up.. and it was just around 8pm, which normally that's when front desk should be still available. They dont tell you the Hidden amenity fees until you check in, which at that point, you can't say no, and what it offers is what you would normally expect to get from the two star hotel free of charge. The only good thing I would say about this is the location. Other than that dont expect much"

"Everything was over all great, but I hated how slow the pool service was and how they cut the size down of the chairs for whatever reason there were a little places to sit and enjoy the pool"
