The location was great. I was in town for Graduation at Carnegie Mellon and it was a great place to stay and it had paid parking which was useful for us. The premises were very clean and inviting and we enjoyed our stay in the place.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Kimberly at the front desk provided outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and the level of hospitality exceeded my expectations.
Kimberly's attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for her excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
