Welcome to Dusk: A Spacious 5-Bedroom Retreat for 10 Guests

Escape to the tranquil shores of Bluff Beach on the stunning Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. Our two-story beachfront property offers the ideal setting for a memorable getaway with family or friends. With breathtaking views and comfortable amenities, this retreat promises a rejuvenating experience for up to 11 guests.

Located just a brief 10-minute drive away from Minlaton, one of the Yorke Peninsula's well-equipped towns, you'll find yourself in proximity to a range of conveniences. From a gourmet supermarket and bakery to a pharmacy, newsagency, pub, Ye Old Cafe, boutique shops and playgrounds - everything you need is within reach. Additionally, you'll discover the highly renowned Watsacowie Brewery nearby, offering a unique boutique experience. Plus, if you're up for an adventure, South Australia's famous Innes National Park is just an hour's drive away.

This beachside retreat offers 5 bedrooms (sleeps 11 (10 adults/ children + cot)), 2 bathrooms, and parking for up to 5 cars.

The upstairs living area, kitchen, and dining space are embraced by floor-to-ceiling glass, providing uninterrupted views of the spectacular surroundings and abundant wildlife. It's a haven for relaxation and luxurious entertainment.

The master bedroom, nestled on the fully air-conditioned second floor, features a King Bed, TV with a sound system, ceiling fan, and a walk-in robe. Wake up to private vistas of vast sand dunes and a refreshing southern breeze. The adjacent hybrid study/nursery is equipped with a cot, change table, sound machine, and a ceiling fan. This multi-functional room also hosts a large LCD screen and A4/A3 printer for work and play. Enjoy lightning-speed internet with modern Starlink WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, Soda Stream, dishwasher, and children’s dinnerware if needed. A fireplace with initial wood supply is provided for a night's stay, with additional wood available for purchase. The dining area comfortably seats 10, with quality dinnerware and glassware provided. Our bathrooms feature 'Alive Body' handwash and hand cream, along with Sukin Bodywash, Shampoo, and Conditioner.

Downstairs features three additional bedrooms: two queen bedrooms with built-in robes and ceiling fans, and a third bedroom accommodating four with 2 x King Single Bunk Beds suitable for children or adults. A well-appointed bathroom offers both a bath and a separate shower, accompanied by a convenient separate toilet. The expansive second living room downstairs includes a 75” TV, a 9-seater lounge, a second combustion fireplace, children’s toys, and an extensive novel collection on the bookshelf. A hybrid laundry/kitchenette with a washing machine, basic amenities, a small bar fridge, and additional crockery and cutlery leads out to the back patio, equipped with an 8-seater outdoor table and a brand-new Weber BBQ.

Outside, a shed offers various amenities for a perfect beach stay, including brand new Stand Up Paddle Boards, fishing rods, snorkel kits for adults and children, sand toys, beach chairs, a beach cart, Totem Tennis, Beach Cricket, an arcade machine and a clothes dryer.

We can provide a baby bath and high chair upon request. The property also offers a secure 2-car garage with direct house access.

Furry friends are welcome, with pets allowed outside only. Any damages will incur charges. Please note, the property operates on rainwater, and conserving water during your stay is essential. Excessive water usage will result in additional costs.

Guest access
The entire house is available for your use, with the exception of one locked WIR in the Master Bedroom and the Walk-in Pantry. Outside, one shed will be accessible while the larger three-door shed will remain locked. The small shed is accessible via the roller door button keypad located next to the rear sliding door in the lower lounge room. The shed has 2 stand up paddle boards, beach carts, a secondary fridge, dryer, arcade machine, beach toys and fishing rods.

Access to the house is through an electronic keypad at the front door or via the 2 car garage, and keyed entry is available through the back door.

Additional rules
The house accommodates up to 11 guests. Any additional people staying on the property—including pets—must be included in the booking and paid for in advance.

Bookings over 4 people incur a $55 per person, per night charge.

This condition has been added following recent incidents of dishonesty, and we appreciate your understanding.
