No air conditioning, staff telling us that HVAC repairs are happening but when you drive around the property not a work van in sight.
Was so hot I had to switch hotels to get to sleep.

Mixed experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable. However , considering the price, I expected more from the overall experience. One of the biggest drawbacks was the number of dogs on the property. While I understand that the hotel is pet-friendly, there was frequent barking and noise that made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay.
Overall, is a nice hotel with clean accommodations, but for the premium price point, I believe there should be better management of noise levels and a few more amenities or services to justify the cost.
