We enjoyed breakfast in the rotating restaurant on the top level of the hotel. We did not like the permeating odor of marijuana throughout the building. We initially didn't smell it in our rooms but eventually we did as I suppose it was circulating through the HVAC.

Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. The only things that could have made it better were blackout curtains in the bedroom and if the AC unit was a little quieter. We will definitely return :)
