It’s not a bad hotel. Great area, staff was incredible, easily walkable to anything downtown or campus. Only negative were the uncomfortable beds. Woke up multiple times a night and it ruined my back.

First, All the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful - from the person working the desk to housekeeping to the people working the morning breakfast. The breakfast itself was lacking: the eggs were running, not much of yogurt selection, there was only whole milk (a low fat choice would be nice). It was average compared to other hotel typical breakfast. Overall the accommodations were very good with a big comfortable bed and a very spacious room !

Fun stay aboard a river boat. Right in the heart of Old Town Sacramento. Easy walk to downtown Sacramento. Great location for Kings and A's games, or the train museum. Friendly staff and a nice bar.

The Chalet I chose was either AI or misleading. It looked like a really nice upgraded chalet the one that we stayed in the walls needed painted. Some of the walls were dirty and it just wasn’t upgraded at all. The only upgraded part was maybe newer carpet so it was really misleading online compared ...

Half the mattress sunken, key didn’t work every time, tv not working despite repeat requests to fix, phone in room doesn’t work, staff not helpful in assisting with taxi or info about public transport. Terrible terrible terrible and for the price??!
