My daughter and I enjoyed a mom/daughter getaway. It was SOOOOO clean and cozy. The deck was great to take in the quietness and the hot tub was fantastic. There were games and books available. The location was great and best of all nice and peaceful. Our host was super at answering messages within an hour or quicker. She also provided info pre-arrival for dining and area sites. The Hillside Hideaway was the perfect cozy retreat for our family. There was a great view from the deck and gazebo. We enjoyed the fire pit and playing games in the house. The house has all accomodations we could need (all current appliances and amenities such as a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi, TV with Netflix/Spectrum). The host was very accomodating and responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The house is close to downtown Blowing Rock and a short scenic drive to Tweetsie Railroad.
