He gave good enough instructions, there was just a lot of them. The place is dirty. From the beer cans in the planter outside to the stairway to the studio. Culminating with chipping paint in the bathroom and dusty, no furry baseboards. The thermostat isn’t in your unit so you have to text the manager to adjust the temperature which he was quick to do but … Just pay a little extra and get a hotel room in town. ##### Frank D.
