First of all the reception does not pick up the call for any inquiries…the property was dark and not welcoming…
The room floor was concrete I have never seen a hotel just like this. The carpets under the bed was extreme dirty. There is no proper set up for the washroom. Felt so bad to book this hotel and there was no cancellation and we checked in late so unfortunately we have to stay in the property for the night.
Will not recommend to anyone…

The property is gorgeous & well maintained. If you’ve never been to the grounds it is hard to find restaurants due to lack of signage. I would definitely go back in hopes of getting a room with a patio.

Room was very clean and well stocked. The staff were very helpful and nice. I do wish we were made aware prior to checking in that guest got free valet. That would have been great to know so we didn't have to lug our luggage a long way. Otherwise great stay and will likely stay again.
