The view was stunning. it was quiet and safe. The road up to the apartment is narrow for a car but this is only due to the parked vehicles - the parking space was a definite bonus. There was a bus stop at the bottom of the hill which gave regular access to Como. Be forewarned that you are not close to restaurants like you would be if you stayed in Como, so plan accordingly. Summer is a bit hot in the area and this apartment does not have A/C. Jun 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wohnung mit einem überragenden Ausblick Die Wohnung entsprach den im Inserat gemachten Versprechungen. Das Willkommenspaket mit einer Flasche Wein, Cornflakes, Kekse... war eine schöne und sinnvolle Überraschung. Die Anfahrt über die sehr schmale und vollgeparkte Straße, ist die ersten Male sehr abenteuerlich. Die Betten waren gut und der Ausblick von den 3 Balkonen ist sehr schön. In den Schlafzimmern kann man direkt aus dem Bett auf den See schauen. Dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat, ist bekannt, sollte man aber noch einmal überdenken, da trotz geschlossener Fensterläden die Temperatur im Untergeschoss meist um die 26 Grad war und im Obergeschoss in den Schlafzimmern waren es meist noch 2-3 Grad mehr. In den Schlafzimmern konnte man sich mit den Ventilatoren und den Fenstern mit Fliegengitter einigermaßen behelfen. Im Erdgeschoss müsste man aber im Bad auch ein Fliegengitter anbringen und einen der Zugänge zum Balkon mit einem einfachen Fliegengitter versehen, da man sonst keinen Durchzug hat oder alle Mücken der Gegend einlädt. Der Bereich hinter dem Haus mit einem Tisch und Stühlen war nicht einladend. Dort wäre Platz für ein kleines Schwimmbecken, für das wir gerne einen Aufpreis gezahlt hätten. WLAN, Küchengeräte etc. haben sehr gut funktioniert. Der Ort selbst hat eigentlich nichts zu bieten. Es gibt eine Bar, die man leider jeden Abend hört. Supermarkt in Como. Problem den Müll zu entsorgen. Haben nur einen Flaschencontainer gefunden und den Rest daneben abgestellt. ##### Rouven D.
