"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...

My only complaint was I made It to check in close to 9:30 and it was completely dark and no way to get in. I know it was off season but they said check in was closed at 8, but when I looked Back at my reservation it said 9:30. "Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!"
