This nearly 4,000 sq ft, two-story home was designed for unforgettable group getaways, where kids have their own world of adventure, adults can relax and reconnect, and everyone has space to be together and apart.



Upstairs, you’ll find a bright, open living space made for gathering, a spacious living room with two pull-out sofas, a fully stocked kitchen ready for big family meals, and a dining area with seating for everyone. This level also features the primary suite along with two additional bedrooms, including the unforgettable Nerf Command Center.



Downstairs, the energy shifts into full-on fun. This level is packed with entertainment, a private theater with popcorn machine, pool table, arcade games, foosball, poker table, and the “Ranger Station” soft play zone for younger kids with activities and much more to enjoy! You’ll also find four additional bedrooms, making it easy for multiple families to stay comfortably.



Step outside, and the experience continues. Enjoy the oversized deck with lounge seating and grill, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the fire pit while the kids run and play in the large yard. You'll also find tons of fun activities like life-size chess, 4 holes of mini-golf, an outdoor bowling alley, and more!

Guest Access:

With the exception of 2 locked supply closets, you will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, entertainment areas, and outdoor amenities.



Check-in is simple and seamless with a smart lock system. Three days before arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code so you can arrive on your schedule and settle in with ease.



The home features a large private driveway with space for up to 10 vehicles, making it perfect for large groups traveling together. The community allows up to 4 vehicles at no charge; additional vehicles are just $10 each and will be coordinated through your pre-arrival registration.
