I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. I had requested a room on the second floor, and the hotel kindly accommodated my preference. A special mention goes to Yasin at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He greeted us with a warm smile and even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. His kindness and professionalism really made a great first impression. I also have to mention the restaurant. Now I understand why the locals say the breakfast here is one of the best in the city! We also had dinner there, and the lady working at the restaurant was very kind and welcoming to my family. My kids especially loved the place. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Location, cleanliness, staff.

There were hair on the bed. Which is unacceptable if the rooms are cleaned properly there shouldn’t be ladies hair on the bed.
